Camp-Out Drum-Up Shindig on the edge of Bodmin Moor
For Adults

Drumming together, laughing together, singing together, dancing together
'Part of me will always be around that fire with you all,
drumming and laughing on the edge of an ancient woodland'

‘What we play is life’ Louis Armstrong
Come and join us for the weekend Drumming and Camping in the beauty of Cornwall’s World Heritage Site & Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Good company amidst the rhythms of Nature, good food prepared for us by our very own Viking Chef, and a good, warm fire to ease our way. What a way to get down to some seriously good drumming.
This is a wonderful opportunity to settle into and remember the rhythms of life that surround us all the time. The rhythm of the sunrise, sunset, and the entire orchestra of the natural world as it sings and dances around us. Here we can listen to, and remember, something of what has been forgotten and allow the rhythm to move through us.
If you have ever been moved by the sound of a drum you are welcome. Whether you have never touched a drum before, or if you have been playing for years, an old hand or a new face, we would be delighted to have you in the circle!

‘…the intensive nature of the course allowed me to make a couple of ‘leaps’ in playing that would have been very difficult without it…’
